- Chemistry Call form responses – for up to 12 months after our call, or until you request deletion
- Webinar registration data – for up to 6 months after the webinar date
- Enquiry / contact data – for up to 24 months, in case of follow-up questions
When data is no longer required, it is securely deleted or anonymised.

Our services are directed at adults in professional or career transition. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 16. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
