Whether you're stepping up, changing direction, or rethinking what success looks like — coaching helps you navigate it deliberately, not reactively. With a coach who has personally lived many of the transitions she supports.
"Coaching for professionals navigating career and life transitions — from someone who has personally experienced many of them: international moves, step-ups into senior leadership, and the life-stage shifts that redefine what success looks like. Certified business and personal coach (ICF-accredited programme), group coach."
Transition Collective exists because most professionals navigate pivotal career and life moments reactively — without structured support. With 25 years in international business — including senior leadership roles in billion-EUR companies across multiple functions, countries and industries — and a track record of delivering results, I bring both the credibility to understand where you are, and the coaching methodology to help you move forward with clarity.
I combine deep corporate experience with professional coaching certification, expertise in learning design, training and facilitation — and the lived experience of many of the transitions my clients face. That combination is rare, and it makes all the difference.
You're at a turning point — in your career, in your life, or both. You want to navigate it deliberately, not reactively. This is a confidential space where clarity and a concrete way forward actually emerge.

Resources to help you understand what coaching is, how it works, and whether it might be right for you.
Coaching is a structured, forward-looking conversation process that helps you clarify your goals, identify what's getting in your way, and unlock your own resources to move forward. Unlike mentoring — where a more experienced person shares advice and guidance based on their own path — coaching puts the focus entirely on you: your thinking, your priorities, and your choices.
A coach is not there to tell you what to do. They are there to ask the right questions, challenge assumptions you may not even know you're making, and help you find clarity and direction from within — rather than relying on someone else's map.
This matters especially at moments of transition, when there often isn't a single "right answer" someone else can give you. What works for someone else may not fit your values, your context, or where you want to go. Coaching creates the space to figure that out deliberately.
Real experiences from professionals who have navigated their transitions with Transition Collective.
I reached out to Britta for coaching because I felt my career was plateauing, I was no longer feeling sufficiently challenged, and corporate politics were preventing me from progressing as fast as I desired. Thus, I wanted to evaluate new options for professional growth, both within my current organizational setting and externally. More fundamentally, I also wanted her to help me challenge my core beliefs and open up to completely new avenues for growth.
Before starting the coaching, I was slightly worried whether a coaching approach would be able to bring me to a situation of clarity on these issues. However, Britta was able to alleviate these concerns quickly during the first sessions, and I was able to make relatively rapid progress towards increased clarity.
During the sessions, Britta used her extensive expertise in both coaching and business to ask exactly the right questions. Finding the answers to these questions challenged me in a positive and impactful way and led me to completely new insights regarding a roadmap for my future professional development.
At the moment, I am still in the process of implementing the roadmap we developed together with Britta. However, there is already visible progress and clarity, which would have been difficult to obtain on my own.
In summary, I would highly recommend Britta as a coach to anyone seeking new paths forward in their professional and personal development—be it challenges related to career planning, skill development, or the management of professional and personal relationships.
I decided to engage in coaching because I was looking to further strengthen my leadership effectiveness and navigate complex organizational challenges. I was in need of a structured space to reflect, gain new perspectives, and deliberately invest in my professional growth.
At the beginning, I was slightly concerned about whether the coaching would be sufficiently tailored to my specific situation and whether it would deliver tangible value beyond my existing experience. I also wondered how open I would feel in discussing certain topics. However, these concerns quickly diminished once the sessions started.
The coaching sessions were highly structured yet flexible, providing a thoughtful balance between reflection, challenge, and actionable guidance. Through powerful questions and active listening, the coach helped me clarify my objectives, uncover blind spots, and reframe situations. Each session resulted in clear takeaways and practical steps that I could directly apply in my day-to-day role.
What stood out most was the coach's ability to challenge my thinking in a constructive and respectful way. The insights I gained about my own patterns, assumptions, and leadership style were particularly impactful. This deeper self-awareness enabled me to approach situations with greater confidence and intentionality.
As a result of the coaching, I strengthened my decision-making, improved the way I engage with stakeholders, and became more effective in leading through complexity and change. I also developed a clearer sense of priorities and a more focused leadership approach, which has had a positive impact on both me as a leader and the business outcomes. I have extended my external and internal network.
I would highly recommend this coaching to leaders who are looking to grow further, particularly those navigating complex environments or stepping into new levels of responsibility. It is especially valuable for individuals who are open to reflection and committed to continuous development.
